✔ Valid Passport – Must be valid for at least 3 months beyond your intended stay, with at least 2 blank pages
✔ Recent Passport-Sized Photos – 35x45mm, white background
✔ Travel Itinerary – Planned destinations and activities
✔ Roundtrip Flight Reservation – (Dummy ticket is accepted)
✔ Hotel Booking Confirmation – (Dummy hotel booking is accepted)
✔ Travel Insurance – Minimum coverage of €30,000 (required)
✔ Proof of Financial Means – Bank statements (last 3 months) & Bank Certificate
✔ Employment Documents – Certificate of Employment (COE), payslips, and approved leave of absence
✔ For Business Owners – Business permit, DTI registration, and latest tax return (ITR)
✔ For Students – School enrollment certificate and proof of financial support
✔ Cover Letter – Explaining the purpose of your visit and detailed itinerary
